So i like to use the yunteng selfie stick to record videos but sometimes you need to get into spaces where it's tough to set the video angle properly. Would love to have a mini portable moniter where I can watch what I'm filming in those situations.

    Any ideas?

Welcome to iMore! You have a couple of choices that I can think of:

    1. Use an Apple Watch, which will display what your camera is seeing through the Camera app.
    2. Purchase a lightning to HDMI adaptor. You'll be able to connect any HDMI-enabled monitor and it should mirror whatever is displayed in your iPhone. Here's one:
    Lightning Digital AV Adapter for iPhone 5, 5C, 5S, 6, 6 Plus / iPad Retina Display, mini, mini 2, mini 3, Air, Air 2 / iPod touch 5th Generation, 6th Generation https://www.amazon.com/dp/B009WHV3BM...mUvbUpU2694474

it would be hard. you would have to have a monitor with HDMI. you would need either the Apple TV or the HDMI cable from apple. i doubt it will be a portable solution

    Welcome to iMore!

Finding a mini monitor that would support it is the difficult part. But it's easy to use a wireless mirror for your iphone to a pc, laptop, or mac. Check YouTube for a lot of different HowTo vids.

These guys have a product in development (not yet available, so I guess this doesn't help... yet) that's basically a travel monitor that "pops-up" to 24-inches, and it connects via HDMI (see goo.gl/93dmhb). You could probably put it on the ground in front of you so you could see what your video is seeing. I don't know of any other HDMI options.
