iPhone 6 plus: I would like to handle all my photos myself. I resent Apple strongly for creating albums and categories. I don't want that. I would also like the possibility to delete photos from my albums. After copying the photos to my PC, I would like to delete all the downloaded photos from my iPhone.

I'm obviously missing something. When you take photos with your iPhone, aren't you handling them all by yourself? As for creating albums, you, too, can create them all by yourself by selecting the "+" sign in the Photos app. As for deleting photos, yes, you can delete every photo on the device all by yourself. Simply select the photos and then select "Delete".
