    When I got the phone in March it read my fingerprint about 95% of the time correctly the first try but now I guess around a 65% on first attempt and about 30% of the time asking me for my password

    I haven't had this problem- but I believe others who have- deleted and re-did their fingerprints

    Try retraining. My hands/fingers can actually turn bluish in the cold. My prints also change due to their moistness such as freshly washed hands. You can re/over train your phone's finger recognition. Think of it as the way you did originally by turning your finger(s), moving closer to or further away from the center, etc.
