Tips stopped updateing

I go to tips after notification that there's new tip but nothing new stuck at 11/11

I just got a new tip yesterday on my 6s Plus. I am on 15 tips. They say they will be released weekly, but I have not gotten a new tip each week.

Not sure how they are pushing them out though.

Mine seems to work. I haven't paid much attention to this app. So I don't have a clue about it. But it goes to #15.
