ever since the upgrade to series 9

my sounds were gone only on reboot would they work, went to genius bar swapped out phone was working good for 24 hrs till last night

then at 1030 pm it locked up did clean install not use back up again it froze up did it again all fresh again it locked up.
this time didnt put anyapps for 2 hrs just surfed the web now i add 1 app at a time to see whats what
needless to say i pissed off

Have you tried a hard reset/reboot?

Well I went to Genius Bar they said let me guess your getting white lines just before it locks up. I said how did you know? Seems there was a bunch of bad phones instantly they said be right back with a new one.
Plus we set it up right there
