Has anyone else experienced this after updating to iOS 9? It only does it sometimes but when I double click the home button Siri pops up and goes away. And other times I double click and it shows what's running in the background and I can swipe away the apps I'm not using. Maybe about 4 times a day when I double click Siri will pop up and go away. I just updated to iOS 9.0.1 and still have the issue. Could this just be a iOS 9 bug or could it be my phone? I've done a hard reset both times after updating and did it via iTunes as a clean install of the iOS.

You have to keep it pressed to activate Siri. Double clicking activates multitask screen.
there may have been a tweak in the sensitivity of home button press and what iOS 9 vs. 9.1 betas are seeing as the long press vs. double press...
