I can't turn my phone off nor can I charge it. I have tried different outlets, cables, and plugs and a three won't charge my phone but will charge my iPad and other items. I am using ios 9 public beta 3 though so not sure if it's an ios 9 bug or not

But then I would have no phone. Guess I'll just bring my iPad around with me. At least it has a cellular connection and I do have Skype credits should I need to call anybody

If I'm wrong, I'll be corrected. But I don't know if they'll help you while you're running a beta on it.

Well it's a public beta and it said in the FAQ I believe it doesn't break warranty or anything . Don't particularly want a bricked phone for about a month and a half . I guess i could just buy a Moto G to wait it out

    iPhone 6 Plus

Have you tried going back to 8.4.1? Then get the beta again?

It's been like that for like 5 minutes now. Can I just walk into an Apple Store without an appointment and get it fixed ?

Seemed to have fixed it. I forced turned it off by pressing the home and power button ( it does that?) and now my phone works for now

That's what I meant by a hard reset, holding down the power and home button till the apple appears.

I'm still learning stuff about ios again lol. Something else happened where I did the same thing but I thought I just held down the power button. I totally forgot power + home is hard reset on ios. Been so used to doing it on Samsung devices their way

Probably, especially if they are not that busy or if someone cancels an appointment. Having said that, you stated earlier that the battery meter has been stuck on 57%. That tells me your issue is software-related more so than hardware. Since you have an iPad with cellular capabilities, I'd review the installed 3rd-party apps and possibly delete them all to see if your phone returns to normal functions. Alternatively, you can try "resetting all settings". Heck, if it were me, I'd reinstall a fresh copy of iOS 9 public beta 3 or downgrade to iOS 8.4.1.

Hard reset your phone. Home button and lock screen button. If your charging it on a PC, stop. Iphones do goofing things when on low power and charging to a PC. It trys to sync instead of charge. If all else fails update itunes on your PC and reset it.
