No. It's just TMobile's network. Metro PCS has its own support staff and plans.

Yes. It uses the same network as T-Mobile.

Yes, but not the same towers as T-mobile's post-paid consumers. I have the $40 prepaid plan with T-mobile and the clerk explained to me the difference btwn pre and post paid customers. We get lesser priority when it comes to call routing etc. But frankly, compared to being post-paid on Sprint, my T-mobile service is awesome!
