weird issue occuring. help appreciated

So today i walked out to my truck from work where i keep my iphone while i am at work. Anyways i noticed it was asking me to install the ios 9 public beta 1. However awhile ago i was thinking about installing it when i had 8.3 and went ahead and installed the profile for it but never actually downloaded the ios 9 beta. Anyways long story short its still asking me to install it after i had deleted the profile, and am currently on ios 8.4 now and shows it in settings and general with a number on it saying there's an update and there really isn't. How do i make this go away? restore to defaults? thanks

I'm thinking you're still enrolled in the Beta program and that's why? Not 100% sure. I also have IOS 9 but the public version I'm doing fine with it now but when a problem does happen I will be reverting back to 8.4
