Have an issue with Iphone 6 plus with verizon service

Hi i have an issue with my iphone 6 plus. If i turn on the lte data+voice, when somebody called me it go straight to the voicemail , only happened on the first call. My inlaw is having the same issue

It only happened if i turn on the lte for voice+data.

Anybody having the same issue?

If you have Verizon, and they offer that service in your home market, the switch will be under settings... If Verizon is to offering the service in your home market yet, you won't see the switch in settings.

If you have it in your area, go to Settings >Cellular > toggle LTE on.

Try calling customer service and see if they can change the number of rings before voicemail. Standard is 30 seconds.
