iPhone 6+ and iPad2 WiFi trouble...

We have the Infiniti X1 platform at home. I have set up the iPhone 6+ and iPad2 with the WiFi account, but if my wife is doing her thing on the iPhone 6+ and my son streams Netflix on the iPad, the iPhone 6+ drops the WiFi connection. If she reconnects the WiFi, the iPad drops. They share the same iCloud account, but that shouldn't matter. I also contacted Comcast to see if it was the X1 system but they stated we can have multiple devices streaming.

I have the regular iPhone 6 with a different cloud account and it doesn't seem to affect either of the other two.

In the router's settings, check the following:
1. IP range
2. MAC filtering and/or allowed devices
Also, if you have a dual band Wi-Fi router, have some devices use 2.4 GHz and the others use the 5 GHz.

Chances are, the wifi hotspot is not configured to serve enough ip addresses at one time to the number of devices you're connecting simultaneously...
