What are you talking about? They all have them around the camera lens, coordinated with the device color.
The silver and Gold iPhones have a white face, but the Space Grey iPhone has a black face. And yes, you can purchase a Space Grey iPhone.

I have the space gray model and mine look just like that, with the exception of it being a darker color.

The space gray model doesn't have the silver bezel like the silver model does. It's darker like the one in your pic. My space gray has the same thing.

The 2nd picture is space grey with chrome around it , all I'm saying is if the space grey don't come with it can you buy one I think it looks nice

No it's not, it's just a bit of reflection off the space grey bezel...
There are tons of little rings that fit over that part on eBay for like a buck though...but they look like crap.
Also, your first post made absolutely no sense in reflection to what you're actually asking...just FYI.
