I have a IPhone 6plus that is jailbroken. I have musicbox and am trying to transfer music from there to the native music app. I have the app Bridge but can't locate any music files. Any ideas would be appreciated

Can you download the musicbox material to a computer? If so, once on computer, import into iTunes and sync.
There's only one way you're going to be able to get that music onto your iPhone and that is first transferring it to your computer and then into the iPhone via iTunes. This is pretty much the same story for any app used to illegally download music (whether via media players online or directly from sandboxes/torrents/file shares).
