Sticky lock button. T-Mobile swapping out!

Called tmobile about a sticky lock button. No insurance. They're sending me a brand new iPhone 6+ after a five minute conversation.

Anyone had such a good experience with warranty replacements through your carrier?

Shouldn't say brand new. Probably refurb. Same thing!

Wow tried that with my insurance (squaretrade) and they didn't have any refurbs.
