    I'm looking to go snow tubing next weekend and was wondering if this case would offer good enough protection. It's not waterproof I know but does have covers for ports and vibrate button. Just looking for everyone's opinion which case u would recommend. Not looking for anything too bulky either.

    I know some folks in fire departments who use Pelican cases. They swear by them.

    Not sure about that, I've never used one not don't know anyone who has. My only concern would be to make sure the ports are nice and snug so you don't get any moisture in the case.

    Yea I picked one up thinking I could always return it if I didn't like it. It's an awesome case slim but very protective but the ports don't really close on it they come open very easily so I'll be returning it tomorrow and continue looking.

    Something like that then Lifeproof is the way to go but I don't think they are out yet.

    Nope not yet. I keep checking the site every day lol. Kinda upset they aren't making a fre for the 6 plus only the nuud.

    Yeah I'm not fond of the nuud. I don't like not having a screen protector.

    U can squeeze a nuud on even if u have a zagg hdx but it's not as thick or protective as the fre screen protector.

    True but I'm not looking to submerge it. More so make it splash resistant or safe from a quick drop in the snow.

    You can check out the Tech 21 Patriot. I got one at a local Best Buy for a 6plus.

    I ended up going with the griffin survivor all terrain it's not water proof but it is splash proof. So far it's nice. Might try the tech 21 patriot cause the survivor is a bit big and bulky.
