Visual voicemail questions

I'm relatively new to ios coming back from Android the last few years. On my Verizon note 4 I had a visual voice mail app from Verizon where I could read the voice mails that I had. I have searched for something similar but haven't really found anything. Does anyone know how I can do this on ios?

You can set up Google voice to handle your voicemail, and it will dictate your messages into text for free.
