iTunes could not connect to iTunes Store. Error (0x80090318)

I could open iTunes and sync. But the iTunes Store cant be accessed.

iTunes could not connect to iTunes Store. Error (0x80090318)

Googling it and do the netsh cmd fix and restart. It work. But i cant be doing this step everytime i need to access the Store.

Any permanent solution?

Try restoring your device and setting it up as new, especially if logging out and then logging back in to the iTunes & App Store doesn't fix the problem.
