White screen freeze on iPhone 6+

Following a screen grab, my screen stayed white (and has remained so for the past hour or more). I tried making a back-up in iTunes and then restoring, but iTunes tells me can't restore unless I turn off Find My Phone on the handset. I can't see anything on the handset as the screen remains white.

Have you tried a soft reset - holding down power button and home button until Apple logo appears?
You probably have, it's just a suggestion
