Easy way to sync wallpapers to my iPhone?

What is a way to sync to my folder of iPhone wallpapers from my Macbook Pro to my iPhone? I knew how to do it before iCloud syncing, but now I don't. Can someone enlighten me?

in iPhoto, if you create a new album in iCloud, it will sync over to your iPhone.

Also, if you log into iCloud in your macbooks web browser and go to photos, there is an upload option now. Upload and they should sync over.
