Definitely use the app developer's website, not app reviews. App developers have no way of contacting you about an issue if you leave just leave a review.

I have had a few apps randomly crash on me, they worked fine from the start and suddenly stopped. I had to delete and some worked again when installed a second time, and some did not. Not sure if its a developer issue or my iP6+?

How do we know if its the phone itself or the app and if it is the phone do we go back to the carrier or Apple?
