Can I download the free Office app without an U.S. App Store account?

Idk if you guys know but the Microsoft office is available for free on the Apple Store but only to USA,do you guys know if have other option to download if i dont have an account on USA apple store!?

I am in india and downloaded the same day. Don't think there is any restriction. Still should confirm.

I use in Israel,and i cant because i dont have a credit card from usa...

Neither do I. If you go to iTunes on your computer and with no account logged in, you can try to download a free app and then click create account there will be an option "no credit card".
