Was reading some BGR news in Feedly and the article linked to another article which I found informative on the matter of using iPad chargers for the 6/6 Plus. Though I don't have an iPad charger, I am currently using a Verizon branded 2.1A charger because the standard Apple 1.0A charger isn't sufficient for charger the 6 Plus as it takes entirely too long.

It usually takes mine a couple of hours to go from 0 to 100. I was told that the iPad charger would charge it faster though.

If you want the phone to charge faster, you'll need to buy a new charging block with 2.1+ AMPS. Higher the amp, the faster it'll charge. For example:

From 16% it took me 1 hour 45 mins to fully charged.
