I purchased a case and glass screen protector for my daughter's iPhone 6 Plus on Saturday. Because she also purchased a case and screen protector on her own, the ones that I purchased (never opened by us) had to be returned. When I got to Verizon this afternoon, the clerk immediately opened both boxes and said that the screen protector could not be returned, because not only had it been used, it was shattered. I asked him to check with the manager and he did. Long story short, they took both items back without any hassle. Well done, Verizon.
