Kudos to Verizon Wireless

I purchased a case and glass screen protector for my daughter's iPhone 6 Plus on Saturday. Because she also purchased a case and screen protector on her own, the ones that I purchased (never opened by us) had to be returned. When I got to Verizon this afternoon, the clerk immediately opened both boxes and said that the screen protector could not be returned, because not only had it been used, it was shattered. I asked him to check with the manager and he did. Long story short, they took both items back without any hassle. Well done, Verizon.

That's awesome. Love hearing good stories about a carrier. I had a good experience with returning an item to a verizon store a couple month ago.

Those authorized resellers stores are complete garbage. They'll sell a phone, but don't expect customer service after that. They only care about making the sales.

Verizon Wireless always have great customer service. That's why I never switch carrier.
