Has anyone else experienced video freezing?

It happened twice tonight when I was recording a video and it completely froze. I've never had that happen in any previous iPhone. I wonder if it is bad RAM or a symptom of something else.

No problems in the playback, only recording.

I don't have the device yet, but did you restore from a backup or set up your iPhone 6 Plus as new?

I've only recorded a couple of very short videos, just to see the slo-mo effects, and I have not seen any freezing issues. I set it up as new.
