So update. Placed my order with Verizon, confirmed account is good and just waiting on stock. Called T-Mobile to cancel my order. Was connected with a "specialist" whom stated that he had no way of canceling my order, because the JUMP system has essentially crashed due to the volume. He told me I HAD to wait for T-Mobile to ship the phone, refuse the shipment, and wait for my refund. Told the guy that was unacceptable, and would call and cancel my credit card before that happened. He is supposed to be speaking to his supervisor and calling me back first thing this morning with a resolution. I told the guy... I'm not ******** trying to get a phone, I just don't appreciate being lied to and that was why I was moving on. Before I hung up, the specialist asked me if I would stay if he got me a phone, I told him I honestly don't know at this point.
