Nope nothing. They charged my card Wednesday night, which according to everyone at T-Mobile means it has shipped. But no tracking. I am OK waiting, just tell me how long.

Placed a pre-order on JUMP. Sat at processing. Called, was told my order was cancelled due to me not completing the EIP signup, which I clearly did. Was transferred, they told me that the order was not cancelled and would ship out today next day air. No tracking or charge today, called back, now its on backorder with no estimated ship date. The lady tried to explain how on online purchase works like I am stupid or something. Ive reached out to them every way I know how. They have until Verizon confirms my order is good to get it right.

I received my tracking info today and that order will be here Monday. I had friends who preordered in stores and they have their phone in hand. I also was able to get a 6 today but in store, I camped out even though there was no reason for me to! The store I camped out at didn't have any and the store with no line had a whole stock. Lol

Hey great, MC. I got a text from Tmobile a few days ago telling me that I am in the pipe for the 22nd-30th. I am hoping for the 22nd.
As a side note, I went to a Tmobile store today, and I could have just picked up a 64MB 6+ after waiting in line for about 5 minutes. Unfortunately they could not complete the order because it is impossible for them to cancel the preorder. The people in the store were super helpful. I got to check out the 6 and 6+. The 6+ is HUGE. I am coming from a Nexus 5. I am going to have to get used to the larger size. It is really nice.

Received my 6+ today which was ordered Saturday. Status on TMo site still says in process. Received a text to say it was delivered which it was! I am a Jump customer. Good luck, everyone, and hope yours arrives very soon.

I havent even been charged yet, so I know this is not the case for mine. Here in the next hour Ill be calling Verizon to make sure my order is good to go, and cancelling my order with T-mobile. They had their chance, they blew it.

I'm planning getting the 6+ on Friday. Is it better to go into the store or order it online/customer service. I'm hoping that it would be in the stores by Friday in order to avoid having to wait until they ship it to me.

So update. Placed my order with Verizon, confirmed account is good and just waiting on stock. Called T-Mobile to cancel my order. Was connected with a "specialist" whom stated that he had no way of canceling my order, because the JUMP system has essentially crashed due to the volume. He told me I HAD to wait for T-Mobile to ship the phone, refuse the shipment, and wait for my refund. Told the guy that was unacceptable, and would call and cancel my credit card before that happened. He is supposed to be speaking to his supervisor and calling me back first thing this morning with a resolution. I told the guy... I'm not ******** trying to get a phone, I just don't appreciate being lied to and that was why I was moving on. Before I hung up, the specialist asked me if I would stay if he got me a phone, I told him I honestly don't know at this point.
