Pretty sure if you ordered today that your ship date will be 11/9-27...the same date I have for my preorder!

That is about right, which is totally ridiculous. I feel your pain, I am still given the same estimated ship date.

I have a question. When you go into att.com/order_status/order_status_results.jsp what does yours say under qty back ordered?

I ordered it through retentions department on 10/12 and got shipping dates as 11/20 - 12/02, I was told that I'll get it in 5 days. 6+ space gray 64 gb

Mine is blank under backordered!

So is mine. So only when we call does it say back ordered. And everywhere online it saying 'processing' 'preparing for shipment' and 'pending shipment'.

Not always. Everyone has been saying something different. Mine has been 'preparing to ship' since preorder while others has been saying 'processing' since preorder. Going to a different way nine has also been saying 'pending shipment' since preorder as well and I preordered on the 12th. Call the 877 number

I ordered a second iPhone 6 plus on the 6th of October and got all excited last night when I got a order update from AT&T. It still has the end of November as the ship time

Oh well I was hoping. When I call the 877 number I get the now infamous " Backordered" but I did hear from an ATT CSR last night that they are due a shipment from Apple this week. So here's hoping

"Pending shipment" is the kiss of death because mine has said that since Sept 12.

And they should not say "Pending shipment" anyway because that kind of implies that they have it and just have to get it in a box to ship!

I just called the 1-866-339-3888 number for the first time and it says "your order is being processed"

Lucky you. How the heck do you not have a back order when you call when you ordered lauch day?!

Not so fast. I called and spoke to someone while I was waiting for a client to show up for a meeting and they said it is scheduled to ship 11/9-11/27. So no change at all.
