Omg! I would have been so mad! Chuck the phone across the room. Geez. All I know is I better not have to pay for next month for the phone when I don't even have it.

That's an interesting thought. I had not thought about that. My gut reaction says no because it still lists my iPhone 5s and my device on my account but you never know.

Yea. I was told that with such a late date it's possible it could happen.

I asked them. You will not be charged whatsoever until you receive and activate the new phone.

That's good. How about the ones who forked out some money to preorder then got the money deposited back?

They said that they made the charge to test the credit card before approving the order and that they would recharge once the phone shipped.

I finally stopped by local at&t to see the 6 and 6 plus. That was a mistake, just makes the wait even harder now.

Same thing happened to me. And I went to the Apple Store as well to test the pocketing ability of both models.

So ATT is shipping almost 1 month early. I was scheduled to have my gold 6+ shipped between 10/31-11/15 and its in the FEDEX truck for delivery today. Hopefully its the same for alot of people out there.

That's been happening a lot. I have a 10/2-10/13. And I'm still waiting. People who ordered after me are getting theirs before I do. Congrats on your phone. Enjoy it and don't bend it!! LoL

Mine says preparing for shipping since I preordered it on the 12th with a date or 10/31-11/11. So preparing to ship does not mean they have it in stock.

Yours might ship earlier than expected. I had the same date range for ahipping and to my surprise, I received an email this morning saying it was shipped last night and it will arrive today before 8pm...overnight shipping. Cross your fingers

Lol, its actually my wife's, I received mine on launch day directly from apple. And based on this experience, next launch day were ordering from Apple directly.

Lucky! I haven't even recieved any kind of email from att or ups or fedex or anything of any kind since my first one around 9:30 am on the 12th. I'm feeling like I'm being left out.
