    I returned my iPhone 6 today to AT&T in the quest the get a 6+. My local Apple store (30 miles away) had the 16GB in stock and was headed there after work to get one. I work in the vending business and was in one of my Walmart's today and just for craps and giggles i went over and asked them in electronics if they where even selling the new iPhones yet and low and behold, they had 5 6+'s in stock. I almost peed my pants, got it right then and there.
    Which choices?

    All they had was the 16GB and only in Slate and Silver.

    And on top of that, they had just started with the AT&T Next program. I was the first one they sold to on the program.

    I ordered my 64GB 6+ yesterday. And my shipping date says 12/19-12/31. I'm hoping I get it before Christmas. But seeing as how I was one of the many who waited in a line for over 2hrs on 9/19 and the six plus sold out. I'm just going to be patient. ๐Ÿ˜Œ

    Ordered SG 128GB 6+ from Premier Website on 9/26. Original shipping window was 11/5-11/14. After the window passed the shipping date disappeared. Now this morning a new window of 12/12-12/19 appeared. Part of my deal is trading in my current phone (Note 3) because I bought out of the rest of my Next plan. Because of this I have to stick with this deal. I will never order directly from AT&T again!! Guess I have THREE more weeks of waiting to look forward to. Hope everyone who has received their phones are enjoying them. I can't wait to finally come back to iPhone after a few years!

    Finally decided to order my 6 plus through AT&T premier today, ordered a silver 64GB, was given a shipping window between 12-3-14 & 12-12-14 but my order status is showing as, preparing to ship.

    I ordered mine 11/1, Silver 128gb, and has shown "preparing to ship" since 11/4 and ship dates for me are nearly the same as yours.

    6+ 64GB SG ordered on 10/13 from AT&T website shipped today. Will have it Tuesday.
    Back to update my status:

    Order the 6+ 64GB SG on 10/20 from AT&T website. Deliberately quoted bnob99 because I ordered one week after him, same method. He got his last Tuesday. I'm getting mine Today (Tuesday).

    27 business days.

    Ordered mine on Oct. 3rd over the phone with AT&T Account Specialist. Originally told it would ship in 2-3 weeks (verbally). Then I received my email order confirmation. Ship date was 11/12 to 11/21. Then I received 2 emails stating that my order would be delayed, so I called AT&T, inquiring about the delay. Was told that my ship date has not changed. I did notice that my status had changed from "Processing" to "Preparing to Ship" so I was getting hopeful.
    On the final day of my shipping window, I received a 3rd email from AT&T stating my shipping window changed to 12/12 to 12/21. Nice they wait until the final day of my window to tack on another 3-4 weeks.
    Pretty obvious that AT&T has no clue about what is going on internally or with their own generated emails.
    Sorry, I forgot to add "128GB SG 6+ is what I ordered"

    I gave up on ATT orders after being canceled and waiting past the dates!
    Found what I wanted (128G SG, ATT) at the closest Apple store Sat night. Too late to go there, got there at opening Sunday AM and there was a line! I thought that nonsense was over but alas, I had a phone in my hand after about a 55 minute wait.

    I did have a 16GB 6+ that I bought from a corp store and thought I would be able to swing it, but after installing my apps and a few other things was down to 2GB free! Not going to happen, I want it to last until the 6S or whatever it's called comes out and I can actually buy it har har!

    I've had Note phablets since the original in 2011 so I know my way around the big screen. Feels weird with iOS on a big device that's not an ipad. Only have one app that truly does not know what to do with 1920x1080 and not sure if it will ever get updated. Certainly no deal breaker.

    Back on topic, it looks like the stores are getting lots of pluses so (hopefully) those that have been waiting will not have to wait much longer. There's always Santa...

    I am a little surprised that we are still facing 2-3 week lead times both at Apple AND AT&T stores. I did notice that you can order through the Apple store (online as well) using AT&T Next or a standard contract which is nice, if you prefer to bypass AT&T.

    I am hoping shipping times do improve after the new year. I will be selling my white/gold 128GB 6+ for a 128GB space grey/black 6+ in the new year. If these phones were in stock I would have swapped it out right when I got it and paid the restock fee, but since it was taking 4-6 weeks and I was porting over I had no choice but to take what I ordered and regretted. Going forward it will just be the grey/black versions for me.

    Space Gray
    128GB
    Original ship date was 11/9-11/27

    On 11/26, I received an email saying "Because the color and memory size of the iPhone 6 Plus you purchased is very popular, we have not received the supply needed to fill your order. As a result, your device will now be shipped between December 12, 2014 โ€“ December 19, 2014."

    They really expect me to wait 3 months for an upgraded phone? I just called in and canceled my order.

    Good thing I went and bought a SG 128gb Plus from the Apple store back in October, I actually added a line for it, but I needed to add a line for a new business I am starting Jan 2015 so it kinda worked out. I was planning on letting someone else on my line use the iP6+ that was on order, but now that I canceled, I can go into an Apple store and get one OR just keep my line off contract and retain the $15 credit for data that was taken away when I 'upgraded' back in September.

    Anyone else out there STILL waiting for their phone since September? I almost feel like they have been doing this on purpose to me for some reason...

    WOW, I feel really sorry...and AT&T could care less. I called yesterday and the two CS reps that helped me acted like its the norm to wait 10+ weeks for an upgraded phone...and couldn't believe I wanted to cancel.

    Here is some words of advice...
    CANCEL YOUR ORDER!

    Order with Apple or find one in an Apple store so you can go and pick it up.

    There is NO REASON one should have to wait 70+ days for a freaking upgrade.

    Sure. If the product isn't available yet in the only channel I can purchase from (without spending five times as much), waiting makes sense.

    Am I happy? Nope. Was it frustrating to see the same iPhone ship to people who ordered after me? Yes. Is it frustrating to see them occasionally available at a store within easy driving distance from my home and work? Yes.

    I walked into a Corporate store this afternoon, upgraded to a 6 Plus (16 GB Space Gray) exactly what I wanted and was in/out of there in about 30 minutes (including the time to restore iCloud backup).

    I have ask, if you have an order with AT&T why don't you cancel it and go directly through Apple, they can offer you the choice of 2 year contract OR a NEXT Plan and get you a 6 Plus in 7-10 days which is far better than AT&T' 21-28 day BS.
