    My card has not been charged yet, I got a confirmation email that I will receive my device by 9/19, but when I track it I have no info I'm kinda discouraged... Am I the only one here??     Did you have issues ordering online? It took me 2 orders to get through to the website as it kept crashing.

    Also, I don't think they charge your card until they process your order. For you I would expect it next week.

    You won't see the tracking info from them I bet until Thursday. I order phones through them a lot for work and the tracking on a few actually came after it was delivered.

    I ordered through Verizon. My order went through at 3:50 EST. The money has debited out of my checking already and my phone has shipped. FedEx tracking shows Thursday 9/18 delivery for what it's worth.

    I ordered through verizon at 305. I did not get the shipping email but when I check the status they had put the tracking number with delivery Friday.

    I ordered from Verizon Wireless. After trying for an hour with no luck to get through, I gave up and went to sleep. When I woke up in the morning, I tried again and got through. My phone will be delivered by Oct 14 which is fine with me.

    You're lucky you even got the email. I'm still in limbo waiting for either an email or an update to the order status. It still says unavailable.
    I ordered at 02:50 on the 12th. I was surprised it let me in 10 minutes before it was supposed to.

    I ordered between 3:15-3:20 pm EST (I can't remember exact time but sent a text to a friend at 3:22 letting them know I'd ordered mine). I received an order confirmation email at 4:53 am EST on 9/12. When I ordered on VZW.com, it said preorder now to receive by 9/19 and my email says 9/19. My card has a pending charge of $0.00 on it from Verizon and I haven't heard anything else back yet.

    So I called Verizon just to make sure that my card was accepted, and the girl was very friendly. I apologized because I knew she was getting 1000s of this same call. I asked if my card had went through ok and was accepted, she said yes but that it wouldn't be charged/posted as a charge until Verizon actually ships the device. She then asked me what time I ordered and I stated, "within the first half hour, it was before 3:20 am EST but I'm not sure of the exact time." She then told me that if you ordered between 3:15 am EST and 7:00 am EST, the iPhone 6 + 64gb gray (which is what I ordered) wouldn't be delivered until 10/7.

    This seems incorrect to me. I mean I know that there are tons and tons of people ordering, but if that was the case, why would my confirmation email, and the website say 9/19? Also, it seems to contradict what many others have been told by Verizon reps as well.

    I'm in the exact same boat. I got the same pre-order confirmation email that said my Gold 128GB 6 Plus would be delivered by 9/19. But now it shows the exact same status as yours when I check the Verizon website.

    Your confirmation email should give you some comfort. If your concerned call Verizon tomorrow to make sure you are still on track
