I just checked mine today and the shipment date moved from 10/13 to 10/22 to 10/2 to 10/13...why though?

From what I can gather from the AT&T forums, AT&T is scrambling to fulfill orders. As orders are associated with an available iPhone, those below move up in the delayed shipment que.

Mine is showing will be delivered on 9/19 and it is being prepared for shipment. Once it gets into my local FedEx location I will be going there to retrieve my iPhone 6+...if my friend is working that is lol

Has yours changed? Mine was saying the 18th as well up until a couple of hours ago. It's now says the 19th even though it only has to go from NJ to NY. So they're probably going to be holding on to it for a couple of days.

I figured it was too good to be true but it's still a bummer.

Mine has updated to the 19th as well. I expected this. They'll hold for a universal delivery.

I stayed up and preordered around 3:30-4:00am (eastern) through AT&T. I preordered the 6plus 64GB Silver with the estimation date of 10/13-10/22. I got a confirmation email later in the day, then a text saying it had been processed and was sent to the warehouse for shipment. Since then, I have still had an estimated delivery date of 10/13-10/22 with a preparing for shipment order status. I just checked 5 minutes ago and now it's saying back ordered... Hope has been lost :-(.

I never was able to get the Apple Store app working, so I only was able to order online at 4:25am. Still listed as processing, with 7-10 days till shipping, and an estimated date of Oct 1 to Oct 6.

I check periodically hoping against hope for a pleasant surprise!

Mine has the same shipping and delivery estimates as yours. I hope it is like last year though, as my 5s had similar estimates, but shipped and arrived way earlier.

Do not call the AT&T 877 number for order status. It will depress you. Even though the web order status says 9/17-18, they say it's back order. How can something so easy on any other product ordered be so screwed up with this?
