Is there a limit on the number of 6+ 128gig iPhones I can pre order? I need 3, 1 on contract and 2 off contract.

Historically, both Apple and the carriers have limited purchases to 2 devices. You might have to try to do 2 separate orders - one for 2 devices and another one for the third.
