5s home button works when apart but stops when put back together

I replaced the screen on my iPhone 5s. I works great until I do the last step. Put it back together and put in the screws. I've tried and it works fine just before putting together but stops one I've snapped the screen back into place. I don't even have to screw the screws in.

I can't even begin to tell you what could be causing the problem. I would swing by a Best Buy store or even an Apple Store to see if you can strike up a conversation with the repair folks about it. They may provide you with the answer.
