Basically I replaced my phone screen on the 10th of February, worked perfectly fine, but I know when I replace my screen my touch id stops working, so after a while I got frustrated and tried to fix it, so I open the phone up but completely forgot about the screws at the bottom, so that brakes, i put it back together and front camera stops working and touch screen wasn’t 100% responsive, so I open it again and discover a screw was slightly loose, so touch screen is fixed, but still no camera, could this be because I accidentally broke the screws at the bottom?

A broken screws shouldn't have anything to do with the camera not working, in my opinion. With that in mind, what directions did you follow to replace the screen? If you haven't already, I recommend you visit the iFixit website and review the directions contained therein. In the meantime, hopefully someone who can answer your question will come along soon.
