Txt message changes keyboard language and dictionary

5s - When I send a text message to one particular recipient (all other recipients it doesn't happen) the keyboard language and dictionary (spell check and predictive text enabled) changes to french? Only one of more than 250 recipients/contacts does this. This just seems to have started in last week or so, it was OK before then. Language and dictionary settings are set to UK English. Any ideas out there please. Rgds emsee
