iPhone 5s touch screen not responding, what can I do?

iphone 5s touch screen not responding

all the sudden my iphone 5s stopped responding to my fingers and not doing anything, everything else works. so i restored the phone to factory settings and that did nothing, also i bought a replacment screen and digatizer for it and replaced it and still doesnt work even tho i followed the directions perfectly

Welcome to iMore! If you've replaced the screen and digitizer and your iPhone still isn't responding I recommend contacting Apple Support or taking your phone into a reputable repair shop.
