How do I change the ID and Password for the new line on my iPhone 5s?

the guy died that Ipurchased for him on my verizon account. iphone 5s.

my friend got on one of my phone lines that my girlfriend died and the contract was not up on, they worked at the same place. that is how

i met him. He took over the line when she died. Now, he died and I tried a reset on it, and they still want his id and password. how do I change it?

Unfortunately unless you have the ID and password you are out of luck. Nothing you do will work and Apple will not help you.

On second thoughts, maybe contact the FBI. I just heard they can now hack an iPhone. This was a suggestion I heard from someone
