How do I change my email address on my I Cloud account on my I Phone 5s

On my IPhone 5 s, I go to I Cloud settings and it has my old email address. How can I change this setting on my phone and IPad. I have changed it on the Apple and I Tunes web site.

You should be able to change it here:
https://appleid.apple.com/

If you have already changed it, I'm not sure I understand what you need to do. Go to Settings > iCloud > sign out > then sign in with the new email. Check iTunes, iMessage and Facetime as well.
