both cameras on my iphone 5s stopped working please help

Both front and rear facing cameras are not working on my iPhone 5s. I replaced both cameras with new ones but still no joy. I tried resetting to factory as well as I took new ios 9.3 update It's gotta be a firmware issue. Can someone help me. Thank to all for any suggestions. Eric

Did you try taking it to the apple Genius Bar ?? Also after resetting to factory did you restore an apple backup?
