I have iPhone 5S which is running at iOS 9.2.1, since sometime it has been playing up with the sim card. It sometimes says No service and then suddenly said No sim. And now it completely says No sim. Is there any solution to this problem or do I have to wait for iOS 9.3 update?

I don't know. Does the SIM or SIM card slot appear to be damaged? Do you have a valid SIM card inserted in the device? Is the SIM card activated? Get with your wireless provider to get a replacement SIM card.

The SIM card slot seems to be fine. The SIM card is also valid and activated.
I tried using 2 different SIM cards and got the following:

Carrier 1 gives error No Sim
Carrier 2 gives error No Service but it is searching for network and giving carrier options.
