Welcome to iMore! Did you not set up a 4 digit passcode? Here's the thing! You can connect the phone to iTunes on computer, put it in DFU mode and restore. But, you will lose all your data, including photos. Then to set up, you will need the Apple ID and password.

There's no other way, unless you recall the 4 digit passcode.
