I used to have internal memory of around1gb. Today I upgraded to IOS 9.2.1 and after that I am seeing my internal memory keeps decreasing and it reaches zero. After this, I deleted few photos, videos and apps. For a while,it was OK.but after sometime again I am setting notification of very low memory. I'm sure this is after updating to iOS 9.2.1. Anyone else seeing the problem?

Have you tried a reset? Press Home and Power together until the Apple logo appears.

Typically, a rogue app is the cause when the usage and standby times are identical. Uninstall the last few apps you installed and/or make sure you are using the latest version of your installed app.

Are you referring to RAM or storage memory?
