Hi friends. I wanted to know if particular apps could be locked in ios 8|9.I am 22 yrs. old.

I am from India. My friend,a die hard fan of iphone had a rod accident and peoplo on the spot could not even call his parents due to lock on his iphone. He always puts a lock on his iphone because he could not lock particular apps. Any solution except switching to android?
