    I've upgraded to ios9 from ios7, I've read that you need to back up your phone and restore to an earlier version of ios. I've tried this numerous times but my phone still won't back up. I've also tried backing up to my computer but this doesn't work either. I've downloaded the new version of iTunes so that's up to date.
