My Iphone 5s just turned off now i cant turn back on, can this be fixed

I cant turn on my iphone 5s. Can you tell me if i can fix this problem

press and hold Power and the Home button at the same time, hold both buttons for around 15-25 seconds or until you see the apple appear on the screen. once you see the apple let go of Both buttons.
If that doesn't work. make an appointment online with a local apple store.
