iPhone 5S Music & Video Info?

I'm a new comer to Apple world, but an old Android guy.
I have some questions related to my new iPhone 5S.

1. How to Import music to stock Music App from other apps e.g Zapya or Groove, and vice versa.
2. Same operation to Videos, From stock Video App to Zapya and vice versa.

Tips related to topic will make me thankful...!!!

I did mentioned above! But I'm not able to move received videos and MP3s via Zapya into stock Music and Video Apps...?

If I had to "guess", I'd say offload the music and video from the aforementioned services onto your computer. Download the latest version of iTunes and then use it to transfer the songs & videos into your iPhone 5S. After that, you should be able to play them on the device. Now you cannot move items into the stock music app, but you can use the stock music app to play the songs and the stock video app to watch the videos.
