    I have slo currently installed the new update ios8.3 and it still doesn't work. I can't even add my fingerprint it's like it doesn't recognize that there is a finger on the sensor

    Reboot and try again. If it still doesn't work, assume you have a corrupt iOS version and then do a clean install. If it doesn't work after that, make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them diagnose the problem for you.
