When I went from the 4s to the 5s, several days went by when I realized the voice mail was inactive. I had to call AT&T to reset my pasword that went well, I recorded a new greeting and that seemed to work fine, until I open the phone Avatar and the Voicemail, only to find the NO VOICEMAIL line in that page.
I called the iph from my landline and my newly recorded message came on, so obviously that did work, I left a msg, but the phone still says I haven't set up voice mail.
Where and How Am I screwing this up ???
