The largest the 5s goes is 64gb. The 128gb Is new for the iPhone 6 models

Apple only sells 16 & 32GB models now... the largest they did was 64GB... you'd have to find one from an Apple reseller that still has the model - or purchase on the open, 3rd party seller marketplaces.

Is all phone design so that its hardware cant be upgrade? I means for the ram n memory. PC can be upgrade, but why phone cant?

My guess is it was just designed that way. U probably could upgrade the memory, but it'll be a lot of work to the process & redesign a lot.
