Just did a restore from new. Can't find my pictures. Help please !

They take awhile to load sometimes. Is iCloud Photo Library on?

Were they backed up to iCloud? Go to Settings >iCloud >Storage >Manage Storage > Tap "this iPhone">Is Photo Library toggled on? If so, you should get your photos.
