Hi, while clubbing last night in Bangkok I found an iPhone 5s but did not turn it over to the club security for fear they would just sell it off. I would like to locate the owner and return it. However, it uses a US sim (Sprint) and has no network here. Additionally, the phone is locked with a passcode. I have the MEID number. Kindly advise on how to track the owner or access the phone to get some information. The phone is on as well as the location service and bluetooth but not the Wi-Fi.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Turn it into the police or call Sprint.

If you can somehow call Sprint and send it back to the U.S., that might do it. I'm not sure how the cops are there or else I would also say turn it in to the police.

Turn on the wifi in case they put it in lost mode and send out a message to the lock screen

Sprint, Apple Store, or police. One will locate the owner for you.
